This hotel is a hidden gem! I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money and the attention to detail. The location, just a short walk from Dortmund's main train station, was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a good breakfast included. The hotel even had a wardrobe by the showers, which was a thoughtful touch.
All aspects of my stay were great, no improvements necessary.

The hotel is super central, just a 3-minute walk from the central station and airport express bus station. There are many Shawarma Imbiss stores in the alley behind the hotel, and a few more minutes away is a little square with proper restaurants. The staff is nice and the location is convenient for exploring the city. Free coffee and biscuits are available in the lobby, and there is an elevator in the hotel. The breakfast is typical German, with a variety of bread, ham, cheese, and more. The room was big and quiet, facing a courtyard. the hotel offers a great experience.
Felt very well looked after, no complaints at all.

Additionally, the hotel's location is hard to beat. Situated just a short walk from Dortmund's main train station, it offers easy access to both the KonzerHaus and the bustling shopping area. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure that your needs are met. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with some even featuring a shower. And of course, the breakfast is a must-try. For just 5 euros, you can enjoy a delicious spread which includes cereals, bread rolls, meats, cheeses, fresh fruits.
No significant improvements needed, everything was just fine.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the train station and there are many restaurants and bars in the area. the breakfast offered a large variety of options and was tasty. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The elevator was quite slow and sometimes took a long time to arrive. the room was smaller than expected and the bathroom could have been updated.
